Application Engineering

Each project is custom engineered to meet your specifications. To begin a project, our Application engineers work with your MEP engineer to determine the best process configuration and equipment options for your project’s needs. Tisdale Manufacturing’s OEM relationships provide a wide variety of top equipment brands from which to choose your system components. If you have purchased equipment that will be sent to us for incorporation into the modular skid package, let us know and we will import into the design.

Engineering Design

Once the design configuration is determined, our team of on-staff professional engineers will design the product in the most economic, energy and space-efficient manner possible. Our packaged system design includes full mechanical, electrical and control engineering. Tisdale Manufacturing staff works closely with you and your project team, providing concept layouts and complete product design documentation. MEP engineers receive a full design submittal for their review and approval. Upon approval, the final design is then assembled by the production team for timely delivery to the job site.
